1 ½ ounces 10-Year Laphroaig Scotch whiskey
1 dash Peruvian bitters
½ ounce J. Witty Chamomile liqueur
½ ounce St. Elizabeth allspice dram rum
1 thin strip orange peel
Combine the Scotch, bitters, dram, and chamomile liqueur and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Flame the orange peel over the surface of the cocktail, then garnish the cocktail with it.

1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
¼ oz. lemon juice
Shake and strain over ice into a highball glass.
1 ½ oz. grape brandy
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
1 barspoon simple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
¼ oz. orange juice
Shake ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz. Aquavit (we like Krogstad)
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
2-3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz. gold rum
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
½ oz. Cherry Heering
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Stir ingredients with cracked ice. Strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass.
1 ½ oz. Square One Botanical
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile Liqueur
¼ oz. Sonoma Syrups Lavender
1 oz. grapefruit juice
¾ oz. Bundaberg ginger beer
Shake the first four ingredients and strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with ginger beer and stir lightly.

Stir together equal parts scotch and liqueur. Serve in a snifter.
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
1 oz. Pomegranate juice
squeeze of lemon
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

¾ oz. blended Scotch whisky
¾ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
¾ oz. sweet vermouth
½ – 1 oz. orange juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
A perfect celebratory drink for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s.
¾ oz. J. Witty Chamomile liqueur
¾ oz. vodka
1 ½ oz. sparkling apple cider (such as Martinelli’s)
2-3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Stir liqueur, vodka, and bitters together with ice. Pour into a champagne glass. Top with sparkling cider.
This drink tastes like eggnog but without the heavy cream. Mix some up at your next holiday soiree!
1 ½ oz. grape brandy
¾ oz. J. Witty chamomile liqueur
½ oz. lemon juice
2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
1 egg
nutmeg
Shake all but the nutmeg hard over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass; grate fresh nutmeg on top.

Shake and strain into a large cocktail glass.

Warm up on cold nights with our version of a classic winter cocktail.
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
½ T. honey
¼ lemon
6 oz. hot water
Pour honey in the bottom of a mug. Add J. Witty Chamomile and the juice of one quarter of a lemon and stir. Add hot water on top and stir well.
*Optional: for a stronger toddy, add ½ – 1 oz. of Irish whiskey, brandy, or calvados.
2 oz. Clear Creek Apple Brandy
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
2 oz. mulled cider
Heat the ingredients and pour in a mug. Top with cardamom-flecked whipped cream.

1 oz. calvados or applejack*
¾ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
2 oz. apple cider
Squeeze of 1 lemon slice
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake well over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
*You may also substitute spiced rum or Maker’s Mark.
2 ½ oz. Jack Daniels
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
1 orange slice
Muddle orange slice at bottom of a Collins glass. Add bourbon, J. Witty Chamomile, and crushed ice. Stir well.
Brew a mug of chamomile tea. Add 1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile. Enjoy on a cold evening, preferably with a loved one.
2 oz. 12 Bridges gin (or other London dry gin)
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Stir well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or lime.

1 ½ oz. tequila (reposado)
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
2 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a lime wedge.

4 oz. Kumquat DRY Soda
1 ½ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
Dash of Angostura bitters
Stir ingredients together. Serve over ice in an old fashioned glass.
1 ½ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
4 oz. Fresca (or substitute 2 oz. grapefruit juice and 2 oz. Sprite)
Pour ingredients, in order, over ice in a Collins glass. Refill often!
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
3 oz. fruity white wine (unoaked chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, or riesling)
Pour your favorite fruity wine into a wine glass. Top with J. Witty Chamomile. Enjoy by the pool.

1 oz. white rum
Juice of ½ lime
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with twist of lime.
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
1 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
2 oz. soda
Serve over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
1 ½ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
3 oz. soda water
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add J. Witty Chamomile and top with soda.
3 oz. vodka
1 oz. J. Witty Chamomile
Stir spirits with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

1 ½ oz. J. Witty Chamomile
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
