1 dash Peruvian bitters<br />
½ ounce J. Witty Chamomile liqueur<br />
½ ounce St. Elizabeth allspice dram rum<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1 ½ ounces 10-Year Laphroaig Scotch whiskey<br />
1 dash Peruvian bitters<br />
½ ounce J. Witty Chamomile liqueur<br />
½ ounce St. Elizabeth allspice dram rum<br />
1 thin strip orange peel</p>
<p>Combine the Scotch, bitters, dram, and chamomile liqueur and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Flame the orange peel over the surface of the cocktail, then garnish the cocktail with it. </p>

Please join us as we make our Nevada debut at the Las Vegas Indy Spirits Expo. We&#8217;ll have samples of J. Witty Chamomile for you to try, both on its own and in a featured cocktail. With lots of other independent spirits producers on hand to pour their libations, this promises to be a great event.</p>
<p>When: Thursday, April 8, 6:30-9 pm (VIP entrance at 5pm)<br />
Where: Hard Rock Cafe, 3771 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas (note: *not* at the Hard Rock Casino/Hotel)<br />
