J. Witty Spirits is an award-winner! We picked up a bronze medal at this year’s World Spirits Competition for our Organic Chamomile Liqueur. This is an extra-special honor because the judging criteria at the WSC- including clarity and lack of particulate matter- do not necessarily favor products made with natural ingredients, such as our liqueurs. We’re excited to have our Chamomile Liqueur recognized by some of the spirits world’s most distinguished tasters!

Just how many chamomile blossoms does it take to make 750 ml of liquer?
A lot! I’ve never actually counted the individual flowers but it would be enlightening exercise.
