½ oz. Cherry Heering
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Stir ingredients with cracked ice. Strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass.

This is an extra-special honor because the judging criteria at the WSC- including clarity and lack of particulate matter- do not necessarily favor products made with natural ingredients, such as our liqueurs.
